Retirement Planning for Writers — at Any Age

November 13, 2024, 1:00 pm-2:00 pm ET

Book Publishing, Content Marketing, Journalism

Full-time workers often have the benefit of company-offered 401(k) plans, sometimes with an employer’s match. But freelance writers must figure out retirement savings options on their own.

In our webinar Retirement Planning for Writers — at Any Age, financial writers Emily Guy Birken and Richard Eisenberg (an ASJA member) will answer questions and provide us with guidance to follow to squirrel away some of your hard-earned dollars for your future, regardless of whether you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s or above. Join us Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 1-2 p.m. ET for tips to adopt now so you can afford your expenses plus vacations or other desired leisure activities later.

Visit the ASJA Member Portal for access to the online recording.
