Like the perfect pair of shoes completes an outfit, a discounted hotel room is the perfect accompaniment to ASJA’s upcoming annual conference, ASJA: Always in Fashion, NYC2025.
The conference takes place Feb. 24-26, 2025, at the Fashion Institute of Technology. ASJA is offering a block of rooms at the Hilton New York Fashion District, conveniently located across the street from FIT.
The Hilton New York Fashion District is located at 152 W. 26th Street, and an easy two-minute walk from FIT.

Hotel Room Rates
The discounts ASJA has secured include the following room rates:
- Queen bed, $159/night
- King bed, $169/night
- Two double beds, $189/night for 2 people, and $209/night for 4 people
ASJA conference room rates are available from Sunday, Feb. 23 to Thursday, Feb. 27. Rates do not include taxes or fees. To avoid a cancelation penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2025.
Starting today, anyone who registers for the conference will receive the link to make a hotel reservation in their conference registration confirmation email.
Anyone who has already registered for the conference will receive an email from the ASJA office with the hotel registration information and link.
To ensure rates are available, conference goers are advised to book rooms before Friday, Jan. 10.
The Hilton New York Fashion District
The Hilton New York Fashion District is your base between FIT, Chelsea, and midtown Manhattan. In addition to being steps away from FIT, it’s only blocks from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and less than a mile to the High Line, Chelsea Market, Empire State Building, and Times Square.
